Unlock SAInt’s Capabilities:
During the Free Trial period, you'll have unlimited access to many SAInt features, including:
Balanced & Unbalanced AC Power Flow Simulation: Model electric transmission and distribution networks under any loading scenario.
Production Cost Optimization: Optimize power system operations and model electricity markets by running network-constrained unit commitment and economic dispatch models (powered by Gurobi).
Geo-referenced Graphical User Interface: Intuitively and interactively visualize, explore, model, and design electric networks over a map.
Scenario Exploration: Build, compare, and explore multiple scenarios to plan for the future.
Integrate Planning across electric generation, transmission, and distribution by running production cost optimizations and balanced/unbalanced AC power flow simulations.
FAQ:
What do I need for the free trial?
You’ll need a Windows computer, a valid email address, and a reliable internet connection.
What are the system requirements?
We curated the Model-Ready Datasets accessible via the SAInt User Forum to run on most personal computers with a Windows operating system. If you want to run very large and complex models, we encourage you to check our recommended machine specifications.
Is there a limit to the network size I can model?
No, the Free Trial License does not limit the size of the network you can model in SAInt.
Can I extend my Trial if I need more time?
We’re confident that 30 days will give you plenty of time to explore SAInt, but if you need more time, reach out to us at support@encoord.com.
Does the Free Trial License give access to other modeling capabilities and features of SAInt?
For now, the Free Trial License does not give access to all of SAInt’s modeling capabilities and features, such as the Application Programming Interface (API), the capacity expansion optimization module, as well as the gas and thermal network simulation modules. If you are interested in trying any of them, reach out to us at support@encoord.com.
